Through the HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® coaching program, we've helped hundreds of people like you find a clear path to meaningful change in their lives. Here's how the program works:

1. Assessment: You'll start with the 15-minute online assessment to measure the 28 key dimensions of happiness. There are no failing scores! You'll receive a full report showing what's working well in your life right now and what is not.

2. Coaching: Over the course of 5 private one-on-one sessions, we will help you reclaim your life, find fulfillment, and overcome the challenges you are facing. You'll also get access to the HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Fundamentals e-course with teaching, tools, and guided meditations.

3. Transformation: You will experience a powerful transformation. After just 45 days you'll take the HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® assessment again and be astonished at the results.

How do I prepare for coaching?

You will receive an email with your results, and can sign up for a 15-minute tele-coaching session to go over the results. Before you begin the process of hiring a coach, reflect on your objectives for the coaching engagement. Being clear on your goals during the hiring process enables you to find the coach best-suited to help you reach them. After hiring a coach, and prior to your first session, complete pre-work to prepare for an effective coaching engagement.

Lisa Leit, Ph.D., MCC is the Founder of the Happy Whole Human (HWH) Institute of Holistic Wellness, an expert in the field of developmental psychology, and a Master Certified Coach. Recognized as one of the 2021 Top Visionaries in Healthcare by the IFAH, she has worked with individuals, couples, families, and leadership teams of organizations to overcome obstacles and live happy, whole lives for 16 years. The validated HWH Self-Assessment program is based on Lisa’s doctoral research on interpersonal psychology and at the University of Texas at Austin and work with 2000+ clients and students. In customized group initiatives, including high impact coaching and management consulting, her unique HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® (HWH) holistic wellness assessment program identifies and addresses hidden risk factors to health and fosters meaningful, measurable, and lasting results for individuals and teams. Dr. Robyn Bragg is a Happy Whole Human Certified Coach with more than 20 years of experience in pharmacy and healthcare, 17 years in training and development, and five years as a certified yoga, meditation, and breathwork instructor. She is deeply rooted in both science and spirituality.

Robyn brings a wealth of practical knowledge from her personal and professional experiences to her coaching work. She loves to partner with clients in a customized, creative, thought-provoking process incorporating Happy Whole Human coaching tools and gold-standard coaching techniques to help them achieve fast, effective, and lasting transformative growth.

She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University, her coaching certification from the Happy Whole Human Institute of Holistic Wellness, and her yoga and meditation instructor certification from Yoga on High Teacher Training and Ayurveda Institute.

Robyn lives in Columbus, OH, with her husband, David, and their two elementary school-aged boys. When not working, she likes to cook dinner over the backyard campfire, dance to a live band, or jump on the trampoline with her boys.
